Job Description: Tele-Sales Representative / Lead Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with US-based businesses over the phone and offer them the digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for digital marketing.
(O levels and A Levels are preferred)
Position Details:
- Location: Johar Town, Lahore
- Salary: Basic PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month + Commission (potential earnings up to PKR 150,000)
- Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Experience Preferred: Ideally 1 year in sales or cold calling campaigns (B2B), but FRESHERS are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls to drive lead generation and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Present and promote Bonjo Tech’s digital marketing services, including SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and Graphic Designing.
- Maintain high-quality interactions with clients, addressing inquiries and providing clear information.
- Continuously enhance sales techniques and stay updated with campaign information to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive environment focused on achieving goals.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Ideally 1 year in a similar role; freshers are welcome.
- Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM software, and Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
